Connor Doyle has spent the past decade on the water growing his family’s oyster wholesaling business, Plymouth Rock Oysters, which collectively owns twelve acres of oyster farms in Plymouth and Duxbury.
Over the years, he’s developed a passion for connecting with oyster consumers and sharing how his family grows the oysters that you enjoy on your tables.
Leaning into Connor’s love of connecting over oysters and his wife Allie’s desire for a creative outlet, they created Bump ‘n Brine – the experiential side of Plymouth Rock Oysters.
Bump n’ Brine is also hosting upcoming oyster shucking workshops in both taprooms!
