What to Expect:

We're reviving the tradition of learning in the schoolhouse this winter and spring with Friends of Holly Hill Farm! Join us for enriching and hands-on educational workshops focused on the fundamentals of sustainable and responsible growing at home, eating locally and seasonally, and caring for the natural world.

Program Details:
Taste and learn along with Farmer Matt Saburn and Farm Educator Meghan Watts from Friends of Holly Hill Farm as they highlight and prepare seasonal organic vegetables from the farm to taste and talk about. Summer produce is colorful and beloved, but delicious veggies can be sourced locally all winter long in New England. Come for the food and beer, and to take a deep dive into the many joys and benefits of eating locally grown organic produce. The farmers will focus on all the reasons to celebrate eating locally in winter while providing tips, recipes, and other resources for you to share our excitement about the ever-changing color and flavor palettes of our local farm stand and your home gardens!

Ticket Information:
Each ticket includes access to the class and a complimentary draft pour from Untold Brewing, adding a tasteful touch to your learning experience.
